Grand River Ranch – Kremmling, Colorado. 19 parcels ranging in size from 120 acres to 7,000 acres, each with multiple homesites, and five association owned common amenity areas including the Grand River Ranch Lodge, two fishing camps with cabins, sporting clays shooting range and equestrian center.
Elk Creek Ranch – Meeker, Colorado. 65 one-half acre Cabin Sites on 2,850 acres, with an association owned Village, including 21 miles of private fishing on the White River and Elk Creek, twelve beautiful large ponds connected by a graceful waterway, the spectacular Elk Creek Ranch Lodge offering fine dining indoors and alfresco with a wine cellar and poker room, three luxury lodging cabins, and a fly shop.
