Encompassing approximately 3,300 acres in two non-contiguous parcels, the Parsons Ranch is located 12 miles north of Kremmling, west of Highway 40. The Lower Ranch is approximately 2,775 acres. with the Upper Ranch being approximately 520 acres.  The comfortable carrying capacity of the ranch is about 250 pairs.  Views of the Gore Range mountains and surrounding peaks are magnificent.  Elevations of the ranch range from 7,600 feet on the lower ranch to 8,600 feet on the upper ranch.  Hunting for trophy elk, deer and antelope is enjoyed on the ranch, with licenses available on a draw, over-the-counter and landowner voucher basis.  Over four miles of both sides of Muddy Creek run through the ranch, and the fishing experience is top-notch, with Brown and Rainbow Trout up to 20 inches having been caught on the ranch.
