Located just two and one-half hours northwest of Denver and eight miles west of Kremmling via US 40 and Colorado Highway 134,  Gore Pass Ranch is a 2,300 acre high country working cattle ranch in the heart of Grand County’s Middle Park.  A private jet accessible airport is located in Kremmling.  Ranging in elevation from 7,570 to 8,300 feet, this highly productive ranch has extensive stored and free-flowing water rights which irrigate over 800 acres. The ranch has USFS and Colorado State Land grazing permits, produces 1,200 to  1,400 tons of mountain meadow hay each year without fertilization, and is owner-rated at  400 pairs year-round.
