Tim and Patti began Mountain Marketing Associates, Ltd. in 1980 and over the past 30 years have been responsible for a majority of ranch sales occurring in Summit County and Grand County, Colorado. Clients have included the University of Denver, Town of Breckenridge, City of Golden, Amax/Climax/Cyprus Minerals, Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) and a long list of high-net worth individuals. In addition to brokering ranch sales, Mountain Marketing has acted as the developer on various shared ranch communites throughout the state, and has participated in the planning and sale of significant water projects involving private individuals, corporate clients, Summit, Lake and Eagle Counties, and the sale of Vidler Tunnel Water Company. We have also helped many clients achieve the preservation and economic benefits of placing Conservation Easements on their ranches, and have helped land trusts and governmental agencies identify and complete significant open space acquisitions.
Lisa Palmer, Associate Broker
Lisa Palmer was raised on her family’s ranch near Green Mountain Reservoir and has been licensed with Mountain Marketing Associates, Ltd. since 1980. During that time, she has assisted in several ranch sales in the Middle Park area and works mainly in western Grand County. She and her husband, Wes, also a fourth generation rancher in the area, and their two daughters, Holli and Bailey, manage a cattle, horse and fishing ranch on the Colorado River near Kremmling and own two ranchettes in the Williams Fork area.
